Girl's Camp

I had the awesome opportunity to go to Girl's Camp this year as the sports specialist.  I was in charge (with my co-leader Jan) of putting together a class for all the girls in our Stake.  We decided to do archery and the girls loved it.  The best part was seeing their reaction when the finally hit the target after many attempts.  Every single girl hit the target, it was great!

We also decided to add a little extra fun and open up the zip line during free time.  Of course the leaders had to try out it first to "make sure it was safe."  It was a blast and the girls loved it.  I love going to camp with the girls and seeing them bond with each other watching them have many spiritual experiences.

As usual I was having so much fun I forgot to take a lot of pictures...but at least I got a few!

 Amber came and stayed with the girls while I was gone and Travis was at scout camp.  When we all got home we had some fun making our own bags of homemade ice cream.
