All the siblings on my side of the family decided it would be fun to take a trip to California and to make it a kids free trip. There were 6 siblings and their spouses, we came from 5 different states and met in a state that none of us live in. It was a very relaxing trip spent at the beach and the pool, with no worries...just fun and relaxation!!!
We went and saw the Children's Pool in La Jolla and saw many sea lions and seals. Big ones, small ones, fat ones, and some noisy ones.
We spent a lot of time at the pool, the water there was so much warmer than the ocean! It was great walking the beach at night and randomly picking a place to eat.
Now for the best entertainment...siblings versus spouses sand castle building contest!!

Next activity was surfing! The water was way too cold for most of us...except Travis, Aaron and Scott.

It was so great to spend time with the family, it has been a long time since we were all able to get together. Thanks for the great memories and especially for all the laughs!
